This policy is effective as of the date you access the Site and/or sign up on Leo Network’s Platform as a User.

All capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Terms of Service.

If our Site contains links to third-party sites or services, please note those properties have their own privacy policies. Third parties we currently use include: Stripe and Dolby.

To unsubscribe from emails or opt-out of communications (including marketing), please use the opt-out links provided or contact us. We may need to verify your identity to process requests.

6. Do Not Track

For personal information you provide on the Site, Leo Network acts as a Data Controller (see “Contact” below).

10.1 “Shine the Light” & CCPA-Permitted Financial Incentives
California residents may request information about personal information we shared with other organisations for their direct marketing. We may offer CCPA-permitted financial incentives reasonably related to the value of your data; written terms will describe the offer, and your opt-in consent can be revoked at any time.
10.2 California Notice of Collection (Past 12 Months)
We have collected the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers: name, email, phone, account name, IP address, and account IDs.
- Customer records: billing/shipping addresses and payment data.
- Commercial information: Services history and purchases.
- Audio/visual data: songs or content you share or post on the Platform.
- Inferences: interests, preferences, and favourites.

10.3 Right to Know and Delete
California residents may request: (i) categories of personal information collected; (ii) categories of sources; (iii) categories of personal information disclosed or sold; (iv) categories of third parties; (v) business or commercial purposes; and (vi) specific pieces of personal information collected. You may also request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
10.4 Shine the Light Requests
To request information about how we share certain personal information with third parties and affiliates for their own direct marketing, contact us with “California Privacy Rights Request” in the subject line and include your name and postal address.
11. Limits of Our Policy
Our Site may link to external sites not operated by us. We have no control over the content and policies of those sites and cannot accept responsibility for their privacy practices.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our processes, acceptable practices, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted at this URL. Where changes are significant or required by law, we will notify registered users according to their communication preferences and, where required, obtain consent for new uses of personal information.
